Terms of service

These terms govern the use of OFFON AI, provided by Black Armor Studio.

1. Service

OFFON AI is an online service that uses AI to separate uploaded audio into music and vocals and lets you play, edit and download the results. Usage and file limits follow the pricing information. Free use and Pro subscriptions after sign-in are available.

2. Audio and results

You must have the right to upload, edit and download the audio you use. Rights to the original audio and results remain with their respective rights holders. Using the service does not grant copyright or commercial usage rights. You authorize the operator to process audio only as necessary to process and deliver results.

Infringing others' rights, automation that places excessive load on the service, bypassing usage limits and fraudulent payments are prohibited. Confirmed violations may result in proportionate access restrictions. Where possible, we will explain the reason and how to contact us.

3. Processing quality and availability

AI separation quality and processing time vary with the audio and connection. Reverb or other sounds may remain; perfect separation or a fixed processing time is not guaranteed. Maintenance or outages may interrupt the service. Planned major changes will be announced on the site. Serious failures of paid services are handled under these terms and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Pro is an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. Monthly plans are billed each month; annual plans once per year. Annual plan usage also resets monthly from the subscription start date. Unused allowance does not roll over. Price, currency, taxes, allowance and billing frequency are shown before purchase.

Payments are provided through Paddle as the seller, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Price or usage changes will be announced before they take effect. We will not unilaterally reduce the terms of a period already paid for.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through subscription management in My account, the management link in your payment confirmation email, or Paddle support. Cancellation stops the next automatic payment. Unless a separate refund or immediate termination applies, access continues through the paid period. Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy at the time of the transaction and applicable consumer protection law. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.

6. Privacy and storage

Our privacy policy explains how audio, temporary files, browser-saved results and usage records are processed. Download and keep any results you need.

7. Changes and contact

Changes to these terms, including the effective date and main changes, will be announced in advance. Changes materially affecting your rights or subscription terms will be announced with sufficient notice. Questions or objections: parkeuntaek1222@gmail.com
